All items that are in stock will be posted within 7 days.  If required urgently then please contact us and next day delivery can be arranged (this will incur an extra cost)

Any item that is out of stock at time of dispatch or any special orders will be delivered within 28 days. If item is discontinued or not available within 28 days You will be notified and the option of a full refund will be given.

I don’t give refunds but am happy to exchange items if not quite right, if you can’t see any thing at the moment you can have a credit note to spend later. If I made a mistake then I will cover all.

 

 

 

Please note items can only be exchanged as long as the item was purchased within 28 days in AS NEW condition and in original packaging. Please notify me before requesting an exchange so I can ensure that I have the stock you require.

AS long as you are happy to cover the postage costs.Please send item back to me including a covering letter.
